Self-Grading Form

My "Self-Grading" quiz was done based on Lifetime's hit show "Army Wives." It's a simple quiz about all things "Army Wives" related. 

I took the quiz, and created the answer key from my answers. Then, I had my brother take the quiz, and created the "Self-Grading" form using his answers. As more people take the quiz, the correct answers should fill themselves in, if I have set the table up the correct way. I like to look at the quiz responses in the "Summary" view, rather than the "Spreadsheet" view.
