Excel #1
Assuming that I was able to add all of the data into Excel correctly, there are a total of 45 states below my state of West Virginia. I'm not entirely sure whether being at the bottom of the sort (smallest to largest) is a good thing or a bad thing. I'm assuming it's a bad thing. There are 5 states, including the District of Columbia above my state.
(My scatter plot looks nothing like Dr. Pierce's, so I have no idea what I did wrong.)
ISTE NETS T #5 - Engage in Professional Growth & Leadership. (C) Evaluate and reflect on current research and professional practice on a regular basis to make effective use of existing and emerging digital tools and resources in support of student learning. ... This ISTE NET standard correlates directly to the Excel #2 (T-Test) Assignment because we used excel to compare male & female test scores. Through this t-test we were able to determine whether there is a significant difference in the scores, which support the student's learning.
